Loaner Equipment
Information Services maintains a small inventory of equipment for the purposes of checkout. This equipment is available to Faculty and Staff on a first come first serve basis. Any student organizations must have a Faculty or Staff member make the request on their behalf. Equipment cannot be reserved in advanced.
Items that can be checked out include:
• Laptop
• Projector and Screen
Items that are not included:
• Additional surge protectors or power strips
• Additional LAN cables
• Extension cords
• Computer speakers
If any equipment becomes lost or damaged while checked out, the costs associated with repairing or replacing that equipment may be charged back to the user's department (if a Faculty or Staff member) or against their student account (if a student).
All requests for equipment checkout should be made via the IS Helpdesk website at http://helpdesk.lmunet.edu/user or by calling campus 423-869-7411.
