Teanna J. Moore, D.O.
Dean and Chief Academic Officer, DCOM,
Associate Professor of Osteopathic Medicine and Family Medicine

Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine was founded on the belief that access to quality health care can transform lives and strengthen communities. That belief continues to guide us as we educate future physicians who are committed to serving others with skill, compassion, and integrity.

At LMU-DCOM, students are preparing to enter a profession that is both challenging and profoundly rewarding. As they learn the science of medicine, they are also taught the importance of listening to patients, understanding their unique circumstances, and caring for the whole person. These principles are at the heart of osteopathic medicine and our educational mission.

Our faculty and staff are deeply invested in the success of every student. Through rigorous academics, meaningful clinical experiences, and a culture of mentorship, we strive to create an environment where future physicians can grow into confident health care leaders. We work to foster a community that values collaboration, professionalism, service, and lifelong learning.

As health care needs continue to evolve, LMU-DCOM remains dedicated to preparing physicians who are ready to meet those challenges and make a meaningful difference wherever they practice. Whether they choose to serve in rural communities, underserved regions, or growing health care centers across the nation, our graduates carry forward a commitment to improving the health and well-being of others.

It is a privilege to serve as Dean and Chief Academic Officer of LMU-DCOM and to work alongside talented students, faculty, staff, alumni, and clinical partners. Together, we are building upon a strong foundation while embracing new opportunities to advance medical education, patient care, and community impact.
