Facilitate a campus culture of quality continuous improvement
Support academic programs, student support programs, and administrative units in the development and implementation of annual assessment processes
Support academic programs, student support programs, and administrative units in the reporting of annual assessment results through the use of Outcomes Assessment Reports (OARs).
Provide academic programs, student support programs, and administrative units with formative feedback to promote a mature assessment process.
Lead the academic program review process for all academic programs
Facilitate the process of annually updating the University's Strategic Plan
Institutional Research:
Support institutional data-based, decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and disseminating institutional data
Lead all internal and external data reporting, including but not limited to federal, state, and local agency reporting and surveys
Serve as the central institutional data hub
Support academic schools and administrative units in data collection and analysis
Lead continuous improvement efforts of institutional data processes
Support institutional retention and graduation efforts through data collection and analysis of student achievement
Promote the use of consistent and accurate institutional data by publishing a bi-annual Enrollment Report
Support accreditation and licensing efforts by providing necessary institutional data
Accreditation:
Lead all institutional accreditation efforts for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), including but not limited to, 10-year reaffirmation processes, 5th-year interim report processes, and substantive changes
Provide support for programmatic accreditation processes
Provide support and leadership for fulfilling annual state licensure requirements
