The Village is made up of four buildings: Burchett, McClelland, Norton, and Peters. Burchett Hall currently houses first-year students. Each building contains apartments that house six students each. Community life in the village is unique from energetic volleyball games, and block parties to quiet winter days inside with hot chocolate. There's a place for everyone here at LMU, is the Village yours? Don't forget to fill out your housing application and deposit. We'll see you soon and welcome home!
About the Village
Norton, Peters, McClelland and Burchett
The living room (common area) is furnished with a couch, arm chair, and end tables. Access to this area is availible to all students. Laundry is located in each apartment and is free charge.
Each bedroom has two twin XL beds, with a privacy wall in between. Each bedroom is furnished with two desks with chairs, dressers and walk-in closets.
Outside furniture is not allowed in the residential halls. Additionally, minifridges may be brought if they are no more than 3.5 ft x 3.5 ft. It is requested that they be stored in the common area as the bedroom is not equipped for the electrical needs of these appliances.
Each six-person apartment has a living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer shared by the occupants in the common area. The open floor plan provides space for everyone.
Community Spaces and Resources
Just outside your front door is a sand volleyball court, two basketball courts, and a short walk to the tennis courts.
Plenty of space for each resident in these divided rooms. Each side has a walk-in closet, dresser, desk, desk chair, and an extra-long twin bed.
