These apartments provide housing exclusively for graduate students. They are located a little over a mile from campus, offering the luxury of campus housing without being on campus.
Each building consists of three-bedroom apartments with a shared kitchen and living room. Shared living spaces come furnished with a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kitchen table and chairs, and a couch/chair. Each bedroom is private and comes equipped with a twin-XL bed, desk with chair, and chest of drawers, private bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Located next to the University Inn, residents enjoy the same amenities offered to those residents: a 24 hour gym, pool, covered pavilion with grills, sand volleyball court, and a basketball court.
Pet Friendly Housing has been discontinued beginning the 2018-19 school year as of June 30, 2018. Those currently living in pet friendly housing can continue to do so until that time. After that point, pets will no longer be permitted to reside in campus housing. This does not apply to Service and Assistance animals registered through the Office of Accessible Education Services.
Graduate students currently living in Mars and Lee residence halls for the remainder of the 2017-18 year can find the pet policy, application for spring 2017-18 only, appeal form and complaint form by clicking on the link above.
