Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) recognizes the importance of providing resources and support for our employees to maintain a healthy and productive workplace. Employee Policies on Alcohol and Drug Use

Employee Handbook
- No employee shall be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while on LMU property or while performing work on behalf of LMU. The unlawful use, manufacture, possession, distribution, or dispensing of drugs and alcohol by employees is strictly prohibited on LMU owned or operated property, while performing work for LMU, and/or during University activities conducted off LMU owned or operated property.
- Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. LMU may also require participation in an approved alcohol, tobacco, or drug abuse assistance or rehabilitation program.
- Detailed policies can be found in the Employee Handbook, accessible by logging into myLMU and navigating to Menu -> Employee Services -> Human Resources -> Full Time Employees.
