Mission Statement: The Office of Institutional Compliance at Lincoln Memorial University is committed to upholding the values stated in the University Mission and Purpose Statement as well as the University’s Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Nondiscrimination Policy. The Office of Institutional Compliance investigates allegations of prohibited discrimination, harassment, and retaliation involving members of the LMU academic community. The Office of Institutional Compliance is committed to identifying and providing appropriate training for students, faculty, staff, and affiliated organizations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws to create an environment conducive to growth and learning.

  •   Other Forms of Discrimination

  •   Clery Act 

    Lincoln Memorial University makes a good faith effort to obtain and report all relevant crime statistics in accordance with the Clery Act, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and other federal and state regulations. More information on LMU's Clery Act compliance can be found here.

    The Office of Institutional Compliance is committed to connecting individuals who may have experienced discrimination or harassment to the support they need. In addition to the LMU Title IX Coordinator and Campus Police, these resources may be able to help.
