This quarter, we're proud to shine the Employee Spotlight on Bradley Robinson, head men's and women's golf coach at Lincoln Memorial University (LMU). Entering his fourth year as head coach and eighth season with the program, Robinson has built a winning culture while mentoring student-athletes both on and off the course.
Robinson joined LMU in 2019 as a graduate assistant after competing in collegiate golf at Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he frequently faced the Railsplitters.
"I got to know Coach Muncy and several of the players through competition," Robinson said. "When I was evaluating what was next after college, I came across a graduate assistant position and decided to apply. Seven years later, we're still here."
As head coach, Robinson leads every aspect of the men's and women's golf programs. He meets with student-athletes, plans practices, coordinates travel, recruits future Railsplitters and prepares teams for a demanding tournament schedule. His teams compete in 11 to 13 tournaments each year, and he spends much of the season traveling to competitions across the country.
While Robinson has guided the program to back-to-back South Atlantic Conference championships and earned consecutive South Atlantic Conference Coach of the Year honors, he takes the most pride in the growth of his student-athletes.
