Lincoln Memorial University’s Richard A. Gillespie College of Veterinary Medicine (LMU‑CVM) recognized outstanding faculty, staff, and students during its 2026 Awards Day, celebrating excellence in teaching, research, leadership, service, and clinical achievement.

Zoetis Honors

Two prestigious Zoetis awards highlighted this year’s ceremony.
Dr. Ashutosh Verma received the Zoetis Distinguished Teaching Award in recognition of exceptional dedication to veterinary education. Dr. Julie Hunt was honored with the Zoetis Award for Research Excellence for her significant contributions to scientific advancement and scholarly excellence.
