Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) has promoted Dr. Molly Duggan to director of Institutional Planning and Effectiveness.
In the role, Duggan will oversee the university’s assessment and strategic planning efforts and coordinate state authorization processes to ensure compliance with accrediting and state authorizing agencies’ standards and policies.
Duggan has been a member of the LMU community for seven years. She most recently served as director of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), where she led the implementation of the university’s previous QEP and authored the QEP Impact Report, which was accepted by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) with no additional reporting required.
“Dr. Duggan has played an integral role in accreditation activities at LMU and is well-qualified for these additional responsibilities,” said Assistant Vice President of Accreditation Jake Carver. “I am excited to continue working with her in this new role.”
Duggan holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University and has professional experience spanning assessment, advising, accreditation and student success initiatives.
