LMU Women of Service Launch Donation Drive for Food Pantry

Lincoln Memorial University’s (LMU) Women of Service is encouraging community members to support Lincoln’s Cupboard, the University’s food pantry initiative serving students on the Harrogate and Knoxville campuses.

Lincoln’s Cupboard provides free access to non-perishable food and hygiene items for LMU students experiencing food insecurity. With rising costs and growing student needs, the Women of Service is seeking help to keep the pantries fully stocked.

To make donating easier, Amazon wish lists have been created for each campus. Items purchased through the links will be delivered directly to LMU for distribution.

“Every donation makes a difference,” said Cindy Whitt, spokesperson for the Women of Service. “Whether it’s a single item or a full box, your support helps ensure LMU students don’t have to choose between food and other basic needs.”

Lincoln’s Cupboard operates without judgment and is available to all LMU students. The program is part of a broader effort by the Women of Service to meet the needs of the campus community. Their mission is to connect, educate and inspire women through service and leadership opportunities.
