Dr. Noe received a Master of Science in PA Studies (MPAS) from the University of Kentucky and a Doctor of Medical Science Degree from the Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a member of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants and has won the PA Service Award from the Lincoln Memorial University. Additionally, he serves as a Kentucky Colonel.
Dr. Noe has been a PA since 2003 working primarily in emergency medicine. He has also worked in primary care and occupational medicine. He entered education on a full-time basis in 2014. He is currently engaged in research on adding ultrasound training into the LMU PA Program curriculum. His outlook for the Harrogate PA Program is to continue to produce highly trained PA students who are well trained clinicians.
