After a stint as an Air Force squadron flight surgeon at Cannon AFB, NM, Dr. Jeffrey Chesnut performed residencies in diagnostic radiology and in nuclear medicine. After another three-year stint as an Air Force radiologist and chief of the Department of Radiology at Langley AFB in Virginia, he joined a large radiology practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he spent 15 years. In 2015, he left private practice to teach at the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. After three years there, he joined the faculty at LMU-DCOM where he teaches a variety of clinical, didactic, and basic science courses.
