Abstracts accepted in these categories:
Keynote – 45 minute oral presentation that should be of interest to the majority of conference attendees. Suggested topics include new technologies, growth in the field and potential impending developments, how to support student learning, and assessment of learners, instructors, and program. Proposals on other topics are also accepted.
Workshop – 90 minute small group teaching event that is focused toward a topic of interest to some conference attendees. Suggested topics include development and implementation of models, teaching, resources, facilities, programs, assessment; new and upcoming technologies; educational research methods or ethics; professional skills training, simulated clients, and constructive feedback. We hope to have a variety of topics, so proposals on other topics are also accepted.
Flash Poster Presentation – to be displayed during the conference at the Knoxville site. Some posters will be selected for a 5-minute oral presentation. A wide variety of topics are suitable for poster presentations.
