Law Library

The Duncan School of Law Library is a student-centered research hub designed to support academic success from the first day of law school through bar preparation and professional practice. Serving LMU law students, faculty, and alumni, the Library prioritizes access, flexibility, and personalized support in a focused learning environment.

The majority of the Library’s collection is available digitally, giving students 24/7 access to essential legal research materials, including cases, statutes, regulations, treatises, and leading law journals, whether on campus or studying remotely. A carefully curated print collection supplements these resources with popular study aids, Tennessee practice materials, and course support tools that many students rely on throughout law school.

Beyond resources, the Law Library is staffed by experienced law librarians who provide individualized research assistance, both in person and virtually. Students receive hands-on support with legal research, writing assignments, and scholarly projects, helping them build the research skills essential for law school success and legal practice.

Located in the heart of the Duncan School of Law, the LMU Law Library is dedicated to making high-quality legal information readily available and supporting students at every stage of their legal education.
