KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, July 17, 2017 —The Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) School of Business will host a recruitment open house for its graduate degree programs from 6:30-8 p.m., on Monday, July 24, 2017, at the LMU Duncan School of Law (601 West Summit Hill) in Knoxville.
School leaders and recruiters will present information on the University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programs, which are designed for working professionals, available in Knoxville and now registering for an August 14 start date.
The MBA program offers two tracks – a 30 credit hour general program; or a 36 credit hour program available in accounting, finance, human resource management, international business, management, marketing or sports management. The program is available in a traditional classroom setting, completely online or in a hybrid of both. It is available in Harrogate or Knoxville, Tennessee, in full or part time pacing.
The MSBA program is a 36 credit hour program that offers flexibility for working professionals with evening and online classes. The program aims to develop students who are critical thinkers with a wide variety of analytic skills and a team mentality.
The DBA program is a 57 credit hour program, of which 12 foundational credit hours may be waived for applicants with an MBA or equivalent degree. The program is designed for working professionals and consists of a mix of traditional, hybrid and online courses. The program aims to provide a doctoral learning opportunity for business professionals in Appalachia and beyond with a focus on advancing business practice in an evolving global economy and enhancing research and critical thinking skills.
The LMU School of Business is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). LMU offers undergraduate business majors and programs in accounting, finance, management, marketing, entrepreneurship, sport management and professional golf management at the main campus in Harrogate, Tennessee. The business core is also available at the LMU-Cedar Bluff extended learning site in Knoxville. The School of Business also offers a dual MBA degree in conjunction with the LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and the LMU-College of Veterinary Medicine.
