Any new students who are unsure of their LMU e-mail address should contact the IS Helpdesk to verify your UserID.
Students, faculty and staff can all access email through MyLMU.
For any users created after September 9th, 2011, The password scheme for new accounts is capital LMU and the first letter of your lastname followed by your 6 digit birthday (for example, if your name was Abraham Lincoln and you were born on February 12, 1809, your username would be abraham.lincoln and your password would be LMUl021209 – a lower case ‘L’ followed by 021209).
If we do not have your birth date on file, it is a randomly generated pin that was created in the absence of one. To find out what this is, or if you wish to call and provide your birth date, please call the helpdesk at 423.869.7411 and we will attempt to resolve it for you.
