Lincoln Memorial University welcomes delegates who will serve as designated representatives of their institutions and organizations at the inauguration of the University's 21st President, Dr. E. Clayton Hess.
Delegates participating in the academic procession are requested to bring their own regalia.

The inauguration ceremony will take place on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 3 p.m. in the Tex Turner Arena on the University's main campus in Harrogate, Tennessee. Delegates should arrive no later than 2 p.m. and report to the Hall of Fame Room on the lower level of the Arena. Lincoln Ambassadors (LMU student leaders) will be at the entrance to direct you to the Hall of Fame Room. Light refreshments will be available in the Hall of Fame Room. Lineup for the procession will begin at 2:30 p.m. The inauguration ceremony will start promptly at 3 p.m.
Reserved seating will be provided for delegates who are not participating in the academic procession; a Lincoln Ambassador will escort you to the reserved seating.
Delegates should park at the Business-Education building (see ‘N’ on the campus map). A security officer will be available at the main entrance to the campus to direct you to the Business-Education building. Please place your parking pass (included in the invitation package) on your front dashboard so it is clearly visible. Shuttle service between the Business-Education building and the lower level of the Tex Turner Arena will be available from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. The shuttle will be available following the ceremony and following the reception to return delegates to the Business-Education building.
All delegates are invited to the inauguration reception immediately following the ceremony in the Tex Turner Room in the Arena. Please join us in celebrating a continuation of the University's legacy.
