Apply for a Library Borrower's Card

I understand that borrowing materials from the Carnegie Vincent Library at Lincoln Memorial University is a privilege that could be revoked if I do not abide by the Library's Circulation Policies. I pledge to use this borrower's card only for myself, the person named on the card, and I understand that I should not loan the card to other people. I am responsible for all materials loaned and all transactions *including fines and fees* made through the use of this card.

Please allow the next 3 business days  for your card to be created in the library's database.  If you are an extended campus student, your card will be mailed to the address provided.
