Student Bar Association Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch shall be composed of a Chief Justice and two Associate
Justices. The Judicial Branch shall be responsible for interpreting the
Student Bar Association Constitution and bylaws enacted by the Senate. In
accordance with these duties, the Judicial Branch may hold hearings, request
evidence, and take all other actions necessary and proper. Additionally, the
Judicial Branch may enact regulations reasonably related to its business and
not inconsistent with the Student Bar Association Constitution or any
policies of the Duncan School of Law.

Patrick Dunn, Chief Justice
patrick.dunn@lmunet.edu When I am not working on my degree at LMU I am an associate professor of counselor education at the University of Tennessee. I was born in Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia, and I earned my B.A. in Counseling and Rehabilitation from Marshall University, an M.S. in Vocational Evaluation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Services from the Ohio State University. I have been on faculty at Syracuse University and the University of Alabama. I live in the Fountain City neighborhood of Knoxville with my wife and our two cats.
