Student Bar Association Judicial Branch

The Judicial Branch shall be composed of a Chief Justice and two Associate Justices. The Judicial Branch shall be responsible for interpreting the Student Bar Association Constitution and bylaws enacted by the Senate. In accordance with these duties, the Judicial Branch may hold hearings, request evidence, and take all other actions necessary and proper. Additionally, the Judicial Branch may enact regulations reasonably related to its business and not inconsistent with the Student Bar Association Constitution or any policies of the Duncan School of Law.
