Prior to joining LMU, Mathews worked over 18 years with BARBRI, the nation’s largest provider of law school and bar review services. He held a variety of positions with BARBRI, ranging from state director to vice president of academic affairs. Mathews earned a BS in Political Science from Spring Hill College, a JD from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and an MBA from the University of Alabama – Birmingham.
