Admissions Application

By submitting the admissions application, you acknowledge the following statement:

All prospective students should be aware that before an applicant may sit for a bar examination, the applicant must submit information regarding his or her character and fitness to the licensing body in the jurisdiction in which the applicant desires to take the Bar. In Tennessee, the appropriate body is the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners. Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law makes no guarantee, express or implied, that by being admitted to this institution and successfully obtaining a Juris Doctor degree that any law student will be permitted to sit for any bar examination in any jurisdiction. The Duncan School of Law strongly encourages all prospective and current law students to contact the appropriate licensing body in the state or states in which they intend to apply to sit for the bar examination to determine the character, fitness, and other requirements for that jurisdiction prior to submitting an application to the Duncan School of Law.
