Research and Teaching Areas
Teaching Areas:
Quantitative research. Introduction to Inquiry, Critical Inquiry, Quantitatve Procedures, Global and Comparative Education, Leadership; Policy Analysis, and Doctoral Seminar I and II.
Development, administration, and implementation of programs designed to provide fiscal equity in the financing of Tennessee’s schools; objective measures of teacher quality for merit pay; value added measures for system, school and teacher accountability; and state assessments for student achievement.
