Learning Community Instructional Design

This session will include information on Cooperative Learning in the Classroom, the faculty’s role, positive interdependence & individual accountability, teaching students cooperative skills, group processing and assessment and evaluation within the learning community development.

Karen Carter is certified in Advanced Cooperative Learning Strategies developed by Drs. David Johnson and Roger Johnson both of University of Minnesota and creators of the Cooperation in the Classroom workshop series.
