Description: Organizational interactions affecting individual
behavior and organizational performance.
Topics include worker attitudes, motivation,
leadership, communication, conflict, conflict resolution, culture, climate,
structure, team dynamics and organizational development. 3 credit hours.
Prerequisite: MGMT 300 Management Theory and Applications
Goals: This class will help
students to develop a level of understanding of
