Description: Capstone course drawing together tools from all
business function areas. Develops systematic and
analytical skills in strategy formulation and effective problem solving. 3 credit hours.
Prerequisite: Senior classification.

Goals: This class will help
students to develop a level of understanding of

Analysis of strategic factors

Generation, evaluation, and selection of the best alternative strategy

Implementation of selected strategies

Evaluation of implemented strategies

As well as a level of practice experience in

Requirements: The final
grade in this course will be based on an individual portfolio. Each component of the portfolio must be
completed and must be the work of the individual student, or the work of the
student group for group assignments.
Each component of the portfolio will be evaluated individually, with
each component requiring a minimum score of 60% out of 100%. Additionally, the entire portfolio will be
evaluated as a whole, requiring a minimum overall score of 75% out of
100%.
