Prerequisite:   All previous Vet Tech courses.

 

Textbook:        Review Questions and Answers for Veterinary Technicians  2nd ed.  By

                         Thomas Colville.

Course Objectives:

1.      Review material already learned in the Vet Tech Program.

2.      Complete and submit applications for VTNE registry exam.

3.      Write a professional resume and learn job interview skills.

4.      Prepare graduates to represent the LMU Veterinary Technology

Program well by demonstrating excellent skills and work ethics in their careers.

                            5.  Achieve a passing score on licensing exam on the first attempt.

 

Evaluation Methods:

                             1. Weekly quizzes                        60%

                                   2.  Assigned homework                10%

3.  Comprehensive Final Exam

“Mock Licensing Exam”        30%

3.      Attendance is mandatory

(NO make-up exams)
