COURSE
DESCRIPTION:
Practicum
experience as production staff at Sigmon Communications Center. Completing a minimum 45 hours of assigned
activities is required for one credit hour earned. May be repeated for a total of
eight (8) credit hours applicable to program and/or degree requirements. Activities performed in fulfillment of
assignments/requirements for other courses or the work-study program will not
earn credit for COMM 213.

EVALUATION:
Each
student will be evaluated on the quality as well as the quantity of work. In addition to completing the minimum 45
hours of activities, students must be dependable and conscientious. It is the responsibility of each student to
check the posted work schedule. This
schedule will be found throughout the Sigmon Communication Center.
