attendance can a student benefit from guidance while

Therefore, the professor reserves the right to lower the

final grade of a student with more than six absences or

excessive tardiness or early departures from class.

accepted. This work will count as 85% of the final

        grade.

3.  Participation in class critiques. Periodically there

will be critiques of assignments. Work should be ready

to be discussed on critique days. Serious, thoughtful,

perceptive comments about one's own and others' work

         are encouraged.

     4.  Completion of final project and participation in

final critique.  The final project will be presented
