Please send letters of intent to Ron Caldwell by Monday, November 1, 2010.

This can be a one sentence email concerning intent to apply for promotion in rank or a multi-year contract (refer to the applicable page of the of the policy manual (Section IV Classification as well as the Scholarly Outcomes List for additional information) .

The date for submitting information (click here for information on supporting material) to your department Chair is Monday, December 13, 2010.

The candidate information and recommendation follow this timeline:

• Department Chair to the appropriate Dean by Wednesday, January 19, 2011
• Dean to the VPAA by Monday, February 7, 2011
• VPAA to the PMAA Committee by Monday, February 14, 2011
