  • Comprehensive school reform external facilitator - six schools
  • Comprehensive school reform site researcher - six schools
  • State Department of Education task force to develop school improvement planning process
  • (With Dr. Mary Ann Blank) developed the consolidated planning process for the Tennessee State Department of Education for federal programs and trained every local system in the state in the process
  • Voluntarilyy assisted Heritage Middle School to implement Learning Focused School Reform model
  • Assisted with training for Blount County middle school's literacy coaches
