- Co-Facilitator: University of Houston - Danforth Foundation Program for the Preparation of School Principals, 1988-1994 Designed and facilitated the development of an innovative pilot program concerned with the preparation of school principals. The pilot provided the impetus for many innovations now institutionalized into current administrator preparation programs.
