The Intent to Apply Form must be filled out and emailed to the ORGSP as soon as possible after a grant opportunity has been identified and the decision to proceed with the application process has been made.
The Internal Routing Form must be signed by the appropriate administration officials listed and submitted to the ORGSP along with a copy of the grant proposal.
