MULTI CULTURAL PORTFOLIO CONTRACT

·        Create a tabbed divider for each numbered area.

·        All portfolios must be turned in complete in order to receive a grade for the required course, as well as credit for program requirements.

·        Any falsification of records (observation logs, applications, etc.) and/or plagiarism of any kind will result in dismissal or non-admission to the Teacher Education Program

·        Three completed copies of the multicultural document must be made, including one for each of the following: the Director of the Center for Professional Collaboration, the coordinator of your multicultural field experience, and yourself for future reference and documentation. The copies turned in will not be returned.

·        Site A must be within 150 miles radius of LMU. Site B must be outside the 150 mile radius of LMU.

·        Professional interviews must record the questions prior to the answers. See interview questions at the end of this contract.

Currently professional face a plethora of diversity issues icluding, but not limited to clients’ ethnicity, linguistic and cultural backgrounds, family structures, socioeconomic status, intellectual aptitude, learning styles, and degree of learning handicap.

       Using the above categories or a multicultural persistent issue raised by the professional you interviewed, research your topic on line, and create a website bibliography of 5 or more article / resources. Type a one page, single-spaced reflective summary of the 5 articles/resources in light of the challenge of diversity and individual differences in the workplace.
