In addition to the authentic field experience portfolio for documentation, students will write a two page reflection on the MC trip including the following criteria:

1) school name and/or educational organization and/or education major content field experience;
2) names of principal(s), teachers, and the grade levels or educational mentors;
3) school or city demographics;
4) How does the school/organization/field experience address diversity (economic, social, religious, academic, family demographics) of its student body/citizens (any particular teacher staff development? anti biased teaching curricula within the K-12 setting? etc.);
5) How did the experience impact you as a preservice teacher?
6) How will it influence your teaching in the partnership/student teaching classroom?
