Jeff is a senior elementary education major. He plays guitar in the LMU Pep Band and at his church. He enjoys Nascar and other sporting events. Jeff lives in Middlesboro, KY, with his wife Amanda and daughter Lynsey. He pledged in Fall 2004. Jeff says that he pledged with the Alpha Fraternity because of the benefits of brotherhood and a chance to hone his leadership capabilities. "Brotherhood means that you can count on your brothers for anything at anytime."

Robert is a junior from Loudon, TN, triple majoring in history, philosophy/religion, and music. He is active in Concert Choir, LMU Chamber Singers, Tri-State Community Choir, Pep Band, LMU Brass Quintet, LMU Jazz Band, Phi Alpha Theta, SGA, IGC and TISL. |

The man known as Beef is a 22 year old senior from Kingsport, TN. He is majoring in Wildlife Management and loves to hunt, fish and learn new aspects of wildlife everyday. He is the Alpha Fraternity Halo 2 champion and cannot be beaten (or so he says). He enjoys watching the History Channel and learning about history. He aspires to become a legend at Lincoln Memorial University and also in his profession. |
Adam is a freshman and pledged in his first semester, Fall 2005. He attended Southeast Community College before transferring to LMU. He graduated from Middlesboro High School but he grew up in Tazewell, TN. Adam says that he loves to play basketball and just hang out with his frat brothers. Adam also has a son named Caleb William Raylon Johnson born in the spring of 2005 and that he is "meaner than a striped snake." Adam says that he originally pledged Alpha just to have something to do. ut instead found a famil. |

Micah is a fre4shman wildlife major from Knoxville, TN. He attended South-Doyle High School where he played trumpet in the marching and and jazz bands. Ever since he was young he loved the outdoors, everything from hiking to exploring and more recently hunting. He says that he will try anything once. He pledged with the Alpha Fraternity during his first semester in Fall 2005. He pledged originally just to have a group of guys to hang out with but found out later that it meant so much more to him than that.

Ed is a senior chemistry major from Harlan county, KY. He graduated with a degree in business in Fall 2005. He is the only brother to be graduating this semester. Ed pledged with Jacob Hite (Beef). Ed enjoys riding around in his truck and hanging out with his brothers. |

Randy is a freshman athletic training major. Being from Tazewell, TN, he knows the area around the campus very well. He graduated from Claiborne High School in 2004 and decided to come back to school after a one year layoff because he wanted to better himself in the future. Randy is interested in all types of sports and is an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan. Randy says that the pledging process was one of the greatest experiences for him, and that he would willingly do it again if given the opportunity. He pledged in Fall 2005. |
Corey is a freshman Chemistry Major from Maynardville, TN. He graduating from Union County High in 2005. He pledged along with Randy, Adam, Micah and James in Fall 2005. Corey says he joined the Alphas looking for a circle of friends to experience college life with. He says he found it, and it's going to be a great time.

Dr. Quinton Wacks has been the Alpha faculty sponsor since the group rechartered in 1987. He was an active Alpha from 1965-69; a psychology faculty member since 1974; department chairperson from 1993-2003. Dr. Wacks is a native of Lee County, VA. He enjoys people, reading, photography, trekking and travel, and has visited Nepal and Mt. Everest, Kenya and Mt. Kilimanjaro, Peru and Machu Picchu, New Zealand and Australia, and Europe & Alaska. |
