Kathleen Rollet of Lincoln Memorial University has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women’s Tennis Player of the Week announced league officials Tuesday.  This marks the third time this year Rollet has earned this honor.

LMU Women's Tennis Falls At Catawba
Catawba swept the three doubles matches and went on to post a 6-3 win over visiting Lincoln Memorial in South Atlantic Conference women’s tennis action on Sunday at the Johnson Tennis Center. The win improves the Catawba Indians to 8-5 overall and 1-0 in the SAC. The Lady Railsplitters fall to 4-5 and 3-1.

The Wingate University women’s tennis team dropped a 5-2 match to the Lady Railsplitters of Lincoln Memorial Saturday afternoon. Wingate falls to 5-9 overall and 0-2 in the SAC. LMU improves to 4-2 overall and 3-0 in the conference.

Lincoln Memorial University tennis coach Lisa-Marie Lewallen announced the signing of Emily Osborne of Middlesboro High in Middlesboro, Kentucky on Wednesday afternoon.  Osborne signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the NCAA Division II Lady Railsplitters around 10:00 a.m. Wednesday.
