OFFICE OF SPORTS INFORMATION Sports Release May 17, 2007 Canada Yields Two Signees For LMU Women’s Golf HARROGATE, TN – Kirsten Wolff and Rhoni Daikoff both of Ontario, Canada are the latest two signees by Lincoln Memorial University golf coach Travis Muncy for the 2007-08 season. Wolff, a 5’11” incoming freshman comes to the Lady Railsplitter program with many accolades. In 2003, 2004 and 2005, she qualified for the SWOSSA and the OFFSAA. In 2002 she received the award for Rookie of the Year and in 2003, 2004 and again in 2005 she was named MVP of both the girl’s and boy’s golf teams at her high school. Daikoff, also an incoming freshman, is 5’6” and received the Team MVP award in 2006 at Patrick Fogarty High School. In addition, Daikoff is an honor roll student in high school and is undecided as to what major she will pursue while attending Lincoln Memorial University. Wolff and Daikoff will follow in the footsteps of fellow countryman and recent graduate Rachel Spurs (Whitby, Ontario, Canada) who was considered the top golfer on the Lady Railsplitter squad over the past several seasons.
