LMU Men’s Soccer Announces First Signee

HARROGATE, TN – Lincoln Memorial University Soccer Head Coach Helio D’Anna received word that Adam Huber, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee has chosen LMU for his collegiate career.

A 5’10” outside midfielder/forward, Huber has played both at Blackman High School and for the 88 TN United Club.  In 16 games this past season, he had 12 goals and 12 assists. Previously, he was a member of the Utah Olympic Development Program and was a regional champion at Cordova High School. 

The son of Roger and LeAnn Huber, Adam will pursue either accounting or kinesiology while at LMU.  Head Coach Helio D’Anna stated, “Adam has courted LMU for a while now and we are pleased with his decision to become a Railsplitter.  Aside from being a good student, he has good fundamentals and a love for the game.  He has potential to go far as a Railsplitter and we look forward to him joining our program.”

Huber and the rest of the LMU Men’s Soccer Team will start pre-season practice in mid-August.  The Railsplitters open the season Friday, August 24 at home against the University of Charleston from West Virginia.
