Andrew Livingston, of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and Michael Watkins, of Statesville, North Carolina are the latest to sign with Lincoln Memorial University for the 2008 season in an effort to once again emerge as the NCAA Division II Appalachian Region Champion.

Standing 6’2”, Livingston played at Anderson County High School where he was an all- state, all-conference, and all-region selection.  At the club level, Livingston played for Mockingbird in Louisville, Kentucky.  He was also an ODP Kentucky state member. According to his high school coach Brett Morris, “Andy is focused, aggressive, and a driven player.  As intensive a competitor as we’ve ever had.”  The son of Tim and Judy Livingston, Andrew will pursue biology as a major at Lincoln Memorial University.

A 6’1” goal tender, Watkins attended and played at West Iredell high where he was an all-region and all-conference selection while also earning the title of Defensive MVP.  He played club soccer in Lake Norman, South Carolina as well as U-18 North Meck Soccer Academy.  The son of Dennis and Pat Watkins, Michael will study marketing at Lincoln Memorial.
