Application Process

Individuals wishing to apply to the LMU Post-Baccalaureate Medical Science Program should:

  1. complete the online application
  2. make arrangements to have official transcripts sent from their undergraduate institution to the Office of Admissions
  3. make arrangements to have letters of evaluation sent directly to the Office of Admissions
  4. submit a copy of MCAT scores, if available
  5. submit the $25 application fee

Applicants who have applied to LMU-DCOM in the current year may send an email to Dr. Ryan Stump at frank.stump@LMUnet.edu granting permission for the DCOM Admissions Office to provide transcripts and letters of evaluation to the PMSP program. The DCOM applicant does not need to send transcripts or letters of evaluation separately to the LMU Office of Admissions, although the application fee is still required.

All documentation should be sent to:

Office of Admissions
Lincoln Memorial University
6965 Cumberland Gap Parkway
Harrogate, TN 37752

Applicants will be notified electronically upon receipt of a completed application and application fee.  Please allow two weeks for review of your file by the admissions committee for the PMSP.  Files will be reviewed when complete application, transcripts and letters have been received.  Applicants will be notified of acceptance by an official letter of admission from LMU.

Upon review of academic transcripts, students applying to the PMSP who do not have strong academic credentials in prerequisite undergraduate courses such as general biology, general chemistry, physics or mathematics may be advised to complete this coursework before acceptance into the PMSP program.
