What are some of the relationships you built through the program?
“After completion, I have friendships with people from all over the country and of various ethnicities. Many of these relationships formed will potentially last a lifetime.”
– Zachary Tomlinson
“The program allows you not only to meet the students at DCOM and possibly your future classmates, but allows you to interact with the faculty. This way you can ask questions about the program at DCOM, make great contacts, and already have a relationship with the instructors before you even start med school.”
– Lauren Lewis
“I built many friendships with OMS-1 [first year medical] students during my post-baccalaureate year, and those students have now become some of my best friends. Now that I am a first year student, they are able to help me out tremendously, specifically with encouragement. These are friendships I know without a doubt will last a lifetime.”
– Dana Small
