The Life Science Initial Teacher Licensure major is perfect for the science minded graduate who wants to share their knowledge with up-and-coming future scientists.

The need for exceptionally prepared STEM teachers is widely recognized. Workforce placement of licensed teachers in the STEM disciplines even brings out competitiveness among schools; signing bonuses are common.  Students will participate in a variety of graduate level science courses while gaining the teaching knowledge they need for success through the Carter and Moyers School of Education.
