Master of Science (MS)

Application Process

Individuals wishing to apply to the LMU Master of Science (MS) program should complete the following steps:
  1. 1. Submit the 2016-17 Master of Science Application – this form will be open for submission beginning on October 15, 2015. Availability of the application will continue through June 15, 2016.
  2. Send official transcripts from ALL attended institutions (advanced placement, undergraduate, graduate, professional, etc.) to the LMU Master of Science Admissions Office.
  3. Send letters of recommendation to LMU Master of Science Admissions Office.  These may be submitted by individual writers or via a letter service such as Interfolio.  Please note that if submitted by the writer via email, the document must be sent from a professional email account. 
  4. Submit MCAT or GRE scores as related to your program of interest.  If submitting these scores via email, please log onto your MCAT or GRE account and use your “print screen” button to take a screenshot of your name and scores.  You may then paste the shot into an email message.  The message can then be sent to Holly Napier at
Upon receipt of ALL required application materials, files will be reviewed and presented to the related MS Admissions Committee. Applicants will then be notified via telephone call or email regarding a telephone interview with the committee. All applicants must participate in the telephone interview and undergo a professional background check prior to a committee decision being reached.

Application Deadlines

Applications for the MS program are accepted on a rolling basis 10/15/15 through 06/15/16. Please note that this deadline applies to all required application documentation such as fees, transcripts, letters of recommendation, test scores and personal statements.
