The School of Business curriculum focuses on the "nuts and bolts" of the real world and features cross-functional classes that incorporate actual business situations. Students who study a business-related field at Lincoln Memorial University will receive the preparation necessary to become a productive citizen capable of conducting business in an ethical and socially responsible manner.

The School of Business will be recognized for excellence as an educational and intellectual resource in the region. The School will increase the visibility of LMU through rigorous, innovative, and student-centered undergraduate and graduate programs reaching students both on-campus and through distance learning modes.
Our Strategy
We seek to attract students with high leadership potential to engage in an academically rigorous and continually improving business education that builds upon the knowledge of foundational business concepts. This business education will enable our students to balance ethics and social responsibility and the creation of profits and wealth in a global economy. The School also promotes the balance between teaching excellence and research that impacts our students so that they may engage the world in a meaningful way. We are also committed to providing service to the tri-state region of Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia, through our teaching, research, and service mission.
