Help Desk

Our normal hours of operation are:

Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Our extended hours (phone and web-based service only) are:

Monday through Friday - 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Weekend extended hours (phone and web-based service only) are:

Saturday - 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM
Sunday - 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM

For assistance with technology problems, including email issues, Blackboard problems, Datatel questions, or other support related topics, our help desk will allow you to self-serve with our knowledgebase or log a trouble call.

After normal business hours the Helpdesk phone will transfer to our afterhours support center. This service will log all calls and transfer the unsolvable ones to our local helpdesk. All calls are put into a service queue based on the priority determined. Emergency after hour calls (System Down) will be escalated to IS staff so that we can address the emergency timely.
