LMU-DCOM students wishing to reside in University housing may choose to apply for The University Inn Apartments. The University Inn Apartments is a 126-unit apartment building located in historic Cumberland Gap, approximately 1.5 miles from the LMU campus. It has 96 one-room studio apartments and 30 two-room apartments.

One room studio apartments include the following:

Built-in cabinets and bookcase
Desk with chair
One 6-drawer dresser
Queen bed
Nightstand
Kitchenette with: Dining table with 2 chairs; refrigerator; stove; convection microwave/oven

Two room apartments include the following:

Built-in cabinets, closet and bookcase
Desk with chair (10 rooms will come with two desks for roommates)
One 6-drawer dresser
Queen bed
Two nightstands
Kitchen with: Dining table with 2 chairs; refrigerator; stove; convection microwave/oven

Two Room Apartment Floorplan

All units have tile floors, modern appliances, and a built-in office space. On each floor there is a central laundry facility. In the back of the building is a communal area with barbecues, a fire-pit, picnic tables, and chairs. Included in the rental fee are utilities, high-speed internet access, cable, and local phone service. No pets are allowed. For the 2008/2009 school year a one-room unit rents for $550 a month and a two-room unit rents for $700 a month.
