Joseph Elected to Serve on the Recruitment Advisory Committee for the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine

The Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) announced on Friday that Jevon Joseph, MBA, MPA-HCP, director of recruitment and outreach, was elected to serve on the Recruitment Advisory Committee (RAC) for the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM).  

The RAC is an eight-member committee that focuses specifically on the AACOM national recruitment strategies and events, steering the focus toward best practices for advisors, students, and colleges of osteopathic medicine. It evaluates recruitment practices and recommends and advises on new and existing strategies related to recruitment. 

"Being a member of the Recruitment Advisory Committee (RAC) of AACOM presents a unique opportunity to immerse myself in the forefront of recruitment strategies within the osteopathic medicine college community," he said. "It is exciting to gain access to a network of recruitment specialists from diverse backgrounds and institutions, which facilitates invaluable networking opportunities. My participation in RAC meetings and discussions offers a platform for learning and sharing new techniques, best practices, and innovative approaches to recruitment."
